How should I care for my luxury bed linens?
To maintain the softness and longevity of your linens, we recommend machine washing at 40°C or 60°C with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on a low heat setting and iron while slightly damp for a crisp finish.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $9.90 applies.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Please note that personalized or embroidered items cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional embroidery or personalization?
Absolutely. We offer a custom embroidery service for towels, bathrobes, and bed linen to add a unique touch to your home or to create the perfect gift.
How do I know which size to choose for my bed?
